Matt Flamm (formerly of counsel) graduated from Northwestern University and Georgetown University Law Center, where he was Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal and graduated magna cum laude. He was a past Chair of the Real Estate Taxation Committee of the Chicago Bar Association and spoke at seminars regarding Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, and using Individual Retirement Account (IRA) funds to invest in real estate.
